Each of these types of education and training can have a role in the company's program. In addition, there are many product offerings for each type of education and training. We have experience with many of these products and can help guide in the selection of appropriate education and training.

The education and training plan will identify the specific education and training program content, the number of sessions required, the schedule for presenting each session, the personnel that need to be educated and trained,, the education and training that is to be provided to each individual, and the schedule and cost of the program.

Once the plan is approved, education and training materials will need to be acquired or contracted for. Material will be tailored to the company's environment by emphasizing relevant concepts, de-emphasizing non-relevant concepts, using examples or material produced by the software and the company's environment (e.g., product structure data for the company's products, etc.).
